Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Project Manager for our traffic engineering services team. The role focuses on leading traffic studies, reports, and construction drawings with strong client and regulatory interaction.

The candidate should have 5+ years in traffic engineering, a TX PE license (or within 6 months), and PTOE preferred. Travel within the region and to Westwood offices is required as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• Texas PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months required.
• 5+ years of progressive traffic engineering experience.
• Experience with traffic impact analyses, signal design, and transportation planning.
• Willingness to travel within the region and to other Westwood offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple traffic engineering studies for diverse clients.
• Prepare technical reports, memoranda and construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with agencies, subconsultants, and clients to ensure project success.
• Review plans, specs, and contracts; manage schedules and budgets.
• QA/QC of deliverables and oversight of production staff.
