Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in traffic engineering or related fields.
• Knowledge of MUTCD, AASHTO, ADA, IDOT and local standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC reviews for traffic engineering, roadway design, planning, and intersection projects.
• Review plans, calculations, reports, specs, and cost estimates for accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor engineers and project teams while guiding technical quality reviews.
• Support proposals, technical approaches, staffing, and client presentations as needed.
