TKDA in Riverside, CA is seeking a Senior Professional Engineer / Project Manager specializing in traffic engineering to lead design and delivery of complex transportation projects, with expertise in traffic design and/or traffic operations.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with clients, and drive business development while contributing to marketing plans and maintaining client relations in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and California PE licensure.
• Minimum 10 years of transportation experience.
• At least 2 years of managing multi-disciplinary projects; strong coordination with other disciplines.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with business development and client presentations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design lead traffic projects, including signing, pavement markings, signals, lighting, ITS, staging, and maintenance of traffic; develop plans, specs and cost estimates.
• Conduct traffic operations, safety, and system performance analyses; prepare reports and memos.
• Ensure project goals are met within time and budget.
• Establish work plans and staffing for project phases.
• Coordinate engineers, technicians, and production staff on projects.
• Market traffic engineering services to current and prospective clients.
• Cultivate relationships with traffic engineering community to create opportunities.
• Conduct client and internal meetings and reviews with agencies.
• Supervise design and technical development.
