LVI Associates in Dallas seeks a Senior Traffic Engineer to lead the transportation team on private development projects across Texas. You will manage traffic studies, nurture relationships with developers and land development teams, and provide technical leadership on complex transportation studies.

The ideal candidate has 12–15+ years in consulting traffic engineering, a Texas P.E. license, and extensive experience with TIAs/TIS.

Competenze

PE license in Texas is required.
12–15+ years of traffic engineering experience in a consulting environment.
Strong background in private development projects (commercial, mixed-use, residential, industrial).
Extensive experience preparing and reviewing TIAs/TIS and related studies.
Proven client-facing experience and ability to develop long-term client relationships.
Proficiency with traffic analysis software: Synchro, SimTraffic, HCS.

Mansioni

Lead and manage TIAs, TIS, access management studies, and traffic operations analyses.
Serve as the primary point of contact for private-sector clients including developers and planning consultants.
Coordinate with municipalities, counties, and regulatory agencies to support approvals.
Manage project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and client expectations.
Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
Participate in business development, including proposal prep and client meetings.
