Kisinger Campo & Associates, Corp. (KCA) is seeking Traffic Engineers / Senior Engineers for our Florida offices (Tampa, Fort Myers, Miami, Pensacola, Gainesville, Tallahassee).

The role covers traffic plans production, operations modeling, analysis and design, working closely with FDOT and local municipalities, with growth potential through collaboration with the Department Manager. Qualified candidates will hold a PE license, 4–20 years of design experience in traffic design, and a civil

Qualifications

• PE license required for the role.
• 4–20 years of design experience in traffic design.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with focus in Transportation.
• Excellent technical writing and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to produce CAD drawings (CAD skills required).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, HCS, Synchro, and CORSIM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Prepare traffic construction plans including highway signing and markings.
• Support roadway lighting, signalization, and ITS systems design.
• Manage design efforts and collaborate with the Department Manager.
• Contribute to technical deliverables for traffic operations projects.
