Wood Rodgers requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years of experience, and a Nevada/California PE license. Proficiency in Synchro, SimTraffic, Sidra, Vissim, Cube, and TransCAD is preferred with strong report writing and client presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience performing traffic engineering duties.
• Nevada or California PE/Traffic Engineer license required.

Responsabilités

• Provide Transportation Planning and Engineering services for public and private projects.
• Prepare traffic impact analyses for land development per agency guidelines.
• Conduct traffic operations analyses and coordinate with NDOT and local governments.
• Create future travel demand forecasts or use model outputs.
• Write technical reports and memoranda summarizing results.
• Present information clearly to clients and agency staff.
• Mentor, train, and supervise junior staff work.
• Lead project teams, manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in scope, schedule, and budgets for pursuits.
