Job summary

CPH is a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer for our Transportation team in Sanford, Orlando or Tampa, Florida. The role leads traffic analyses, design, and multi-project oversight, mentoring staff and coordinating with surveyors and CAD teams.

Requirements include a Civil/Transportation degree and Florida PE license (PTOE preferred), plus 6+ years in traffic design/analysis and FDOT experience. We offer competitive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering required.
• Florida PE licensure required; PTOE preferred.
• 6+ years of traffic design, analysis, and project management.
• Experience with public agencies (FDOT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of Traffic Impact Analyses and related studies.
• Oversee signal design, timing studies, roundabout analyses and lane queue analyses.
• Perform/interpret traffic modeling using Synchro, SIDRA, HCS, FSUTMS.
• Mentor staff and ensure high-quality deliverables.
