Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in the state of Florida is required.
• 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in traffic design, analysis, and project management.
• Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of Traffic Impact Analyses, Traffic Operations and Safety Studies, and Capacity and Safety Analyses.
• Manage multiple concurrent traffic engineering projects within scope and budget.
• Mentor transportation team and contribute to recruitment and staff development.
