Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our traffic engineering team in Dallas, TX. You will lead multiple traffic studies, prepare analyses, and guide the design of traffic control devices. A TX PE license or ability to obtain within one year is required; PTOE is preferred.

Responsibilities include coordinating with agencies and clients, overseeing QA/QC, and ensuring on-time project delivery across diverse site developments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive traffic engineering experience including analyses, planning, and design.
• PE license in Texas (or ability to obtain within 1 year) is required.
• PTOE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare traffic engineering studies and technical analyses for varied projects.
• Produce technical reports, exhibits, and supporting documents.
• Develop traffic control plans and drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with disciplines, clients, and agencies to ensure project success.
