Job summary

Anchorage Digital is building a secure, scalable digital asset platform for institutions. You will implement front and back office trading systems used globally, with a focus on reliability and performance. We require 3+ years in Go, plus exposure to GraphQL and gRPC, and knowledge of trading domain concepts.

The role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and delivering robust instrumentation and test coverage within the Brokerage team, with a strong culture of security and in-person onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Go experience.
• Experience with automated unit, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of financial trading systems and related topics (OEMS, FIX, market data).

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, implementation and maintenance of trading systems.
• Lead or work within Brokerage engineering to steer technical direction.
• Mentor engineers and share knowledge across teams.
