Job summary

You will work with trading, operations, and finance teams to optimize workflows and uphold security and governance standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in settlement activities for institutional clients, crypto‑native experience, and strong technical abilities in Python and SQL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supporting the settlement activities of institutional clients in both traditional asset classes and crypto assets.
• Experience with crypto-native institutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and agility to address emerging risks.
• Able to work rotational weekend and holiday coverage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with traders, operations teams, compliance, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Support post-trade lifecycle across digital assets to ensure timely settlements and reconciliations.
• Implement robust risk mitigation and settlement controls across asset classes.
• Collaborate with trading, engineering, and product teams to optimize workflows.
• Reconcile activity across internal ledgers and external systems (banks, custodians, etc.).
• Create internal reports and contribute to process improvements.
