Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Trading Product Manager to own the U.S. futures trading product within the Exchange. You will shape the roadmap for futures/trading experiences, including listings, margins, order types, and lifecycle, aligning with risk, compliance, and ops.

Your role drives growth, volume, and trader velocity at an Exchange-scale crypto platform. You’ll lead initiatives from ideation through delivery, prioritizing high-impact contracts and workflows while balancing regulatory

Qualifications

DCM and/or FCM futures product experience or FCM growth-mode exposure in a fast-paced setting.
Lead-level product ownership of a complex trading or markets surface end-to-end.
Strong understanding of futures specs, margins, order types, and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Own the U.S. Exchange trading / futures roadmap and milestones.
Ship futures products traders actually use and measure outcomes.
Translate DCM/FCM workflows into scalable product features while considering compliance.
Operate at growth-mode pace with ruthless prioritization and scope control.
Partner with risk, compliance, eng, and ops to align around outcomes.
Conduct trader research and feedback loops to inform product decisions.
Instrument funnels, size opportunities, and drive volume/ship cadence.
