Job summary

Triad Wealth is seeking a Trade Desk Manager to lead and mentor the trading team, oversee all portfolio trading operations, and partner with the CIO and Investment Management to shape trading strategies. You will manage external relationships with custodians, technology providers, and investment managers, ensuring best execution and regulatory compliance.

The role requires extensive experience in trading operations, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of OMS/EMS platforms and custodial race

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
10+ years trading/investment management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
Hands-on experience with OMS/EMS platforms and custodial integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing trading team with a culture of excellence.
Oversee trading operations, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with CIO and Investment Management to develop and execute trading strategies including transitions and rebalancing.
Manage external relationships with Member firms, custodial partners, technology providers, and external managers.
Collaborate with compliance, operations, and technology to integrate trading systems and controls.
Direct portfolio transitions for new Member firms and ensure timely reallocations.
Establish, review, and update trading policies and documentation.
Monitor dashboards, identify risks, inefficiencies, and drive process improvements.
