Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6+ years of trademark prosecution/maintenance in a law firm.
• Paralegal certificate strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Advanced legal research and investigation skills.
• Ability to prioritize, adapt to change, and work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare applications for trademark and service mark registration.
• Prepare ancillary prosecution and maintenance filings.
• Prepare TTAB filings and record title updates.
• Assist with trademark and copyright due diligence.
• Conduct online preliminary trademark clearance searches and prepare search guides.
• Prepare applications for copyright registrations.
• Draft client and local counsel correspondence related to prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement.
• Monitor deadlines and coordinate with attorneys to update clients.
