Job summary

Balanced Body, the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of Pilates equipment, is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our on-site team in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure inventory records match systems, conduct internal audits, and investigate discrepancies, collaborating across departments.

The role requires strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and solid communication.

Qualifications

3+ years of Inventory Control experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and math skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office.
Experience with a large ERP system (MS BC).
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience driving a forklift is preferred.
Must be able to drive (valid CDL) to multiple local warehouse locations.

Responsibilities

Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
Research inventory discrepancies.
Perform cycle counts and oversee production cycle counts for departments.
Make inventory adjustments from cycle count data.
Assess and monitor warehouse transfers and receipts.
Create and maintain inventory reports (surplus, vendor return logs, inspection reports).
Other duties as assigned.
