Alkira, a Lumen Connect Solution, is seeking an External Event Marketing Manager to lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 third‑party events, translating strategy into flawless onsite execution and measurable business results. You will own planning, staffing, and production, collaborating with Sales, Product, Partner Marketing, Communications, and agencies.

You’ll manage budgets, run-of-shows, staffing, and post-event reporting while building scalable processes and leading under pressure.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher with extensive event experience.
• Experience leading large third‑party events, conferences, trade shows or experiential programs.
• Strong planning, staffing, and vendor management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25-40%.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end execution for Tier 1 and Tier 2 third-party events, on time and on budget.
• Support External Event Strategy and bring plans to life across industry programs.
• Own event planning docs, timelines, run‑of‑shows, staffing, and workstreams.
• Manage event agencies, vendors, venues, and production partners.
• Lead onsite execution, logistics, staffing, issue resolution, and operations.
• Produce ancillary events like dinners, roundtables, receptions, and hospitality programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and customer experiences.
• Create scalable processes, templates, and planning tools to improve efficiency.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor deliverables, ensuring brand standards.
• Track results and contribute to post-event reporting and insights.
