Job summary

Blueprint Studios is seeking a Trade Show & AV Manager to lead the department across operations, production, and on-site event support. You will guide staff, manage budgets, and ensure technical readiness for V-Series systems including CAD drawings and installation readiness.

You will collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Field Operations, Inventory, and Sales to support event execution, staffing, and long-term department growth. Strong leadership and CAD proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in trade show production, AV systems, warehouse operations, or related supervisory roles.
• Proficiency in CAD software to interpret, review, modify, and create technical drawings related to V-Series structures.
• Strong budgeting, labor cost control, resource planning, and scheduling knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Trade Show & AV Department, with accountability for operational performance, technical readiness, labor efficiency, quality standards, and departmental objectives.
• Develop and maintain department structure, workflows, and execution procedures throughout the department.
• Provide direct leadership to the Trade Show & AV Assistant Manager, supervisors, and personnel, ensuring clear responsibilities and alignment with priorities.
• Oversee labor planning, staffing strategies, and labor budgets based on demand and event requirements.
• Provide technical leadership for CAD drawings and V-Series systems, ensuring dimensional accuracy and installation readiness.
