Job summary

Ardelyx is seeking a Senior Trade Operations Analyst to bridge distribution and specialty pharmacy data and operations. You will transform complex datasets into actionable intelligence, driving program performance across IBSRELA & XPHOZAH brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years in pharma market access, trade ops, analytics or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of trade distribution, specialty pharmacy operations and analytics.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access, service and trade performance metrics; provide actionable insights.
• Prepare analytical reports and present findings to senior management.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and patient access.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data quality and program needs.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports on inventory and trade spend.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews and support distribution partners.
