Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of Trade Compliance experience.
• Working knowledge of the Export Administration Regulations.
• Proficiency in the Commerce Control List for encryption tech.
• HTS classification across multiple country tariffs.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Business-oriented, pragmatic approach to fast-paced challenges.
• Flexible, team player with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Determine ECCN classifications for technology products and encryption tech.
• Apply HTS with country tariffs for multi-country scope.
• Determine license requirements for hardware, software, and services.
• Validate and maintain classifications in ERP systems.
• Prepare on-demand reports and SKU lists for Compliance.
• Review and upload approved data; manage vendor classifications.
• Support end-of-day reconciliation and SLA adherence.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process flows.
