Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a skilled Trade Compliance professional to lead ECCN classification and export license determinations for diverse technology products. You will ensure compliance with the EAR, perform HTS analysis, and support licensing requests across hardware, software, and services.

The role requires methodical analysis, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate classifications in ERP systems while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of Trade Compliance experience.
• Working knowledge of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
• Proficient in ECCN classification for technology products, with emphasis on encryption tech.
• Proficient in HTS classification across multiple country tariffs.

Responsibilities

• Determine ECCN classification for hardware, software and technology products.
• Determine HTS classification across country tariffs for technology products.
• Assess export, re-export and transfers in compliance with EAR and regulations.
• Maintain and validate ECCN and HTS classifications in ERP systems.
• Prepare reports and data for Compliance Specialists and Management.
