Job summary

KLA is seeking a Senior Import/Export Specialist to drive compliant, efficient, and scalable import/export operations focused on U.S. imports. You will work with Legal, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and more to standardize processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes complex tariff classification, analytics, and automation opportunities, with cross‑functional collaboration and governance improvements across the trade function.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Academic degree with related work experience (3–8 years depending on degree).
• Masters or Bachelor's degree with complementary experience in trade/compliance.
• Experience with import/export compliance in technology/manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Classify HS/HTS, support ECCN determinations for equipment and components.
• Review broker filings, customs docs, values and origin declarations.
• Lead cross‑functional trade compliance initiatives and audits.
