Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff in Tracking Architecture Performance to lead modeling, analysis, and simulation for complex, multi-domain sensor architectures. You will collaborate with engineering teams to optimize tracking performance across space, air, maritime and ground systems, and mentor junior staff.

This onsite role requires a TS/SCI clearance (U.S. citizenship) and may involve travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related discipline.
• 4+ years of applicable professional experience leading technical teams and coordinating complex modeling and analysis tasks.
• Knowledge of tracking algorithms, multi-target tracking, and tracking performance assessment.
• Willingness to travel and occasional after-hours support; TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead modeling and analysis studies for complex system-of-systems architectures with emphasis on tracking performance optimization.
• Serve as technical lead and primary customer liaison for projects; set technical direction.
• Develop and implement tracking and data fusion algorithms for multi-sensor architectures.
• Mentor team members and contribute to training programs to build capability.
