Job summary
Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Controls Software to lead development and delivery of vehicle controls software across current and future Lucid platforms. You will drive cross-functional execution among Controls Engineering, Systems Engineering, ECU Owners, and suppliers from concept through production launch.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in automotive software, embedded systems, systems engineering, or tech program management.
- 5+ years leading complex cross-functional software and hardware programs.
- Proven track record delivering automotive embedded software from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of automotive software development, system integration, and lifecycles.
- Experience driving execution across orgs without direct authority.
- Experience managing technical risks, schedules, dependencies, and supplier deliverables.
- Experience with Agile methods, sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of controls software features across vehicle programs.
- Drive program planning, execution, and launch readiness from requirements to production support.
- Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and critical path activities across teams.
- Collaborate with Controls/Systems engineers, ECU Owners, Vehicle Feature Owners, and suppliers.
- Coordinate software development, integration, release planning, validation, and deployment.
- Drive vehicle-level system integration and feature readiness reviews.
- Support software architecture discussions and tradeoff decisions.
- Coordinate verification/validation, defect resolution, and readiness assessments.
- Support manufacturing and EOL software readiness, bring-up and launch activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of systems engineering, software development, and program management processes.
- Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
