Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a driven Technical Program Manager for Release Management within Compute Platform Software. You will align engineering, QA, product, and operations toward planned enterprise software releases, from design to full production deployment.

You will partner with management to refine workflows, manage risk, and improve delivery efficiency while coordinating multiple teams across the stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on software program/release management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of software engineering life cycle principles.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically and build consensus.
• Strong solution-focused skills with systematic improvement track record.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across product and engineering teams to ensure release readiness and successful delivery.
• Manage software branching strategies (feature, release, hotfix) for timely deliveries.
• Assess release-readiness, anticipate risk, and provide mitigation strategies.
• Develop program schedules and KPIs; communicate status to senior leadership.
• Develop automation scripts, dashboards, and tools to improve delivery efficiency.
• Work with Engineering and QA on test plans, reviews, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with CSPs and OEMs to track and resolve software issues.
• Lead retrospectives and drive continuous improvement actions.
