Job summary

Intuit is hiring a Sr Staff Technical Program Manager to drive planning for the Tech Ecosystem using an AI-native approach. You will partner with program managers, business operations and Finance to design processes and leadership mechanisms for senior leaders and CFO-level planning artifacts.

You will design operating rhythms, prepare C-suite level artifacts, and scale annual planning across 8k+ Tech Ecosystem colleagues, delivering high-confidence plans and accelerating growth.

Qualifications

• Experience turning ambiguous strategy into clear program plans, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes.
• Track record leading complex cross-functional programs and driving adoption at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design operating mechanisms that align senior Technology leaders on strategy, goals and resource plans.
• Partner with Business operations and Finance to align Tech annual planning with CEO staff and FP&A expectations.
• Leverage Intuit planning and execution frameworks and tools to integrate annual planning into existing frameworks where applicable.
• Develop C-suite level artifacts to summarize the Tech strategy and plan in partnership with Tech narratives team.
• Design guidance, templates, best practices and workflows that scale across 8k+ Tech Ecosystem.
• Establish requirements, design experiments, prototypes and partner with tooling team to operationalize annual planning processes.
• Drive change management and adoption with planning drivers from each Tech organization to operationalize planning processes and tools.
• Provide insights into progress of deliverables and adoption of guidance, best practices and tools.
