Job summary

Intuit seeks a Sr Staff Technical Program Manager to lead AI-native planning for the Tech Ecosystem. You will design and execute high-confidence plans, partnering with program managers, business operations and Finance to drive senior leadership decisions and create executive artifacts.

You will influence VP+ leaders, translate ambiguous strategy into actionable programs, and scale planning practices across a large Tech org, leveraging AI to accelerate insight and trust in data.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to turn ambiguous strategy into clear program plans, operating rhythms and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs and driving adoption at scale.
• Ability to influence VP+ level executives and peers without formal authority.
• Experience transforming manual data collection and analysis with AI to improve speed to insights.

Responsibilities

• Design operating mechanisms to align senior Technology leaders on strategy, goals and resource plans.
• Partner with Business operations and Finance to align Tech planning with CEO/FP&A expectations.
• Leverage planning frameworks and tools to integrate annual planning into existing processes.
• Create C-suite level artifacts to summarize Tech strategy and plan.
