Amazon Kuiper Commercial Services LLC in Redmond, WA is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to shape the future of multi‑year satellite network programs.

You will drive long-term strategy and oversee cross‑functional initiatives across engineering, product, operations, and finance on a global scale. The role requires strong technical judgment, collaboration, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering scalable program outcomes across multiple streams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning and execution of multiple simultaneous time-sensitive workstreams within a program involving multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, operations, finance, legal, and other stakeholder teams to drive requirement completeness, set priorities, and coordinate delivery timelines.
• Author and publish regular leadership updates, executive communications, and program narratives leveraging data and metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive alignment and accountability across cross-functional teams to meet program goals and timelines.
• Influence decision-making and drive strategic initiatives by leveraging data, metrics, and strong program narratives.
• Continuously improve program delivery through lessons learned, process optimization, and scalable practices.
