Job summary

True Anomaly is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the GOVSEC/INDSEC portfolio, managing programs, authorization efforts, and cross-functional execution to keep regulated workloads compliant and mission-ready.

This senior, hands-on role reports into the CISO organization's technical program management function and partners with cybersecurity engineering, GRC, IT, and program teams, in a hybrid setting near Denver.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program or project management in a federal/defense or regulated environment.
• Structured intake and prioritization, dependency/critical-path management, and driving programs to closure across multiple efforts.
• Technical judgment in security context: read, identify blockers, and test estimates credibly.
• Strong stakeholder and communication discipline for engineers to executives.
• Experience delivering for teams you don’t manage, via cadence, visibility, and escalation.
• Fluency with Atlassian tooling (Jira/Confluence) for tracking/documentation.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed structure with a defined program/portfolio methodology.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain/hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end program management for GOVSEC/INDSEC initiatives, from intake through delivery.
• Drive schedule and delivery for ATO/RMF efforts, tracking artifacts (SSPs, POA&Ms, SARs) and blockers.
• Coordinate across security engineering, GRC, IT, and mission teams to unblock compliance work.
• Apply cadence and reporting for status/risk/milestones to engineers and leadership.
• Plan capacity/roadmaps for the GOVSEC portfolio and make explicit trade-offs.
• Maintain portfolio capacity visibility and enforce commitments.
