Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Technical Program Manager in the Global Products Group within the California Bay Area. You will orchestrate cross‑functional teams from initiation to delivery, blending technical excellence with strategic planning to advance new or upgraded etch and deposition products.

You’ll own programs end-to-end, partner with stakeholders, and lead continuous improvement in a dynamic semiconductor setting. Strong communication and executive presentation skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years’ experience; or a PhD with 3+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management.
• Experience guiding cross‑functional teams and demonstrating leadership and influence skills to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the Company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creation or optimization of technical product offerings, processes, or programs and develop project plans.
• Own project success and lead cross-functional teams to meet schedules and budgets.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver enhancements.
• Run Continuous Improvement projects from inception to results.
• Perform data collection and statistical analysis to inform schedules and deliverables.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements.
• Deliver change management for sustainable programs.
• Navigate multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
