Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking a senior program-manager for AWS Ground Station to orchestrate cross‑functional teams across product, program, engineering, hardware and infrastructure.

You will manage requirements, scope, and delivery of global AWS Ground Station features and locations, across multiple teams and vendors. The role emphasizes risk assessment, trade-off decisions, and controlling cost and schedule to support customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements, scope, and delivery of worldwide AWS Ground Station features and locations.
• Represent service architecture and technical needs across Amazon including spectrum licensing.
• Assess risks, manage trade-offs, and drive cost and schedule to meet customer commitments.
