Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Regulation Tech & Assurance team within Amazon Privacy (Security). You will translate complex AI regulation into scalable governance controls and enforcement mechanisms that span data lineage, opt-out enforcement, and retention policies across Amazon services.

You will work with Legal, AI Security, Privacy, and engineering teams to align requirements with policy, standards, and control objectives, delivering

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management with software teams
• Experience coordinating cross-functional releases and schedules

Responsibilities

• Own expertise in AI governance controls and data lineage, regulatory interpretation, and enforcement
• Lead cross-functional design to translate policy into implementable controls
• Drive execution with Legal, AI Security, Privacy, and engineering teams
• Manage work-back plans aligned to regulatory dates and track risks
• Collaborate across Security, Privacy, and RAI pillars for unified reporting
