Job summary

Amazon Music is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead customer retention across tiers and content types, coordinating cross‑functional teams across Free, Prime and Unlimited offerings.

You will design technical solutions, drive end‑to‑end projects across podcasts, audiobooks, and spoken word experiences, and influence stakeholders to raise the bar for customers on mobile, web, and Alexa experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience building and evaluating system‑level technical design.
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer retention across Amazon Music tiers and content types.
• Lead cross‑organizational initiatives across Free, Prime and Unlimited tiers.
• Launch large‑scale, high‑impact product improvements for our customer base.
• Influence internal and external cross‑functional stakeholders, design technical solutions, and lead end‑to‑end execution.
• Ensure we raise the bar for customers and deliver on ambitious roadmaps across Alexa experiences and visual clients across mobile and web.
