Abbott is seeking a Senior Manager for Third-Party Manufacturing – Process Development and Operations based in St. Paul, MN. The role leads engineers, ensures process characterization and validation, and drives readiness for new product introductions and transfers, ensuring compliance with Abbott quality standards.

As a key liaison, you will collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory and other functions to deliver scalable, cost-efficient manufacturing. Onsite role with 5% travel.

Formación

• Education Level: Associate Degree (± 13 years).
• Bachelor Degree preferred, Engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Meet supply, headcount, financial, and cost objectives for manufacturing medical devices.
• Develop capacity models, cost models, long-range planning, and manufacturing line support.
• Identify and implement year-over-year cost savings and cost reduction projects.
• Implement and maintain operational excellence program to maximize capacity and reduce costs.
• Liaise with internal and third-party manufacturers to plan and schedule integration of needs.
