You will design and optimize processes for life sciences products, working closely with pilot plants and production teams to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient manufacturing. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Physics) and have 4+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with strong fundamentals.
• Master's degree in a relevant engineering field is ideal.
• Solid knowledge of general engineering principles and design controls.
• Experience in medical device development and FDA/GxP regulations is essential.
• Ability to perform complex engineering calculations and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes for life sciences products.
• Develop procedures for economical, high-volume production in coordination with pilot-plant and production teams.
• Conduct tests to control process variables and ensure product quality.
• Troubleshoot production processes and optimize equipment performance.
• Comply with regulatory and quality requirements related to medical devices.
• Assist in selecting and integrating new equipment and materials where appropriate.
