Job summary

Amazon's AWS Data Center Engineering team seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to drive at-scale electrical product deployments from concept to mass production.

You will coordinate engineering, design, qualification, and manufacturing readiness for low-voltage power distribution across global data centers. Travel up to 20%+ to manufacturing facilities, AWS hubs, data centers, and supplier sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs that design, develop, launch, and support LV power distribution, monitoring, and switching products with $1B+ USD annual production.
• Set cadence for product engineering and design teams, driving NPI milestones and manufacturing readiness.
• Engage with internal and external teams to align program requirements, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Build detailed program plans with milestones and success criteria across engineering, qualification, and deployment workstreams.
• Coordinate between multiple teams to manage interdependencies and secure budget and resources.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate program risks and blockers; report status to Sr. Management.
• Own and drive the complete delivery lifecycle from kickoff through deployment and deprecation.
• Work independently in a high-pressure environment with leadership at all levels.
