Responsibilities

• Set cadence for product engineering and design, drive NPI milestones and manufacturing readiness.
• Coordinate with teams to align requirements and delivery against roadmaps.
• Create detailed program plans with milestones and success criteria.
• Manage interdependencies, budget, and resources to meet roadmaps.
• Identify risks, communicate status, and escalate as needed.
• Own delivery lifecycle from kickoff to deprecation, ensuring readiness.
• Operate in high-pressure environments with leadership at all levels.
