Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director, Technical Program Management to lead TPM teams within the Global Payment Network Technology organization in Plano, TX. You will drive architectural alignment, technical strategy, and the execution of large-scale, data-intensive programs that underpin global financial infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; at least 7 years managing technical programs (from basic qualifications).
• Experience designing and building data-intensive solutions; distributed systems & cloud (prefer AWS).
• Experience delivering large and complex programs with cross-functional teams and business/technical vision.
