Job summary

Normal Computing is an applied AI company building foundational hardware and software for the semiconductor industry and AI infrastructure. This role owns the full product development lifecycle from silicon through software, surfacing progress for executives while coordinating geographically distributed teams across Mountain View, New York, London, Zurich and Copenhagen.

You will drive milestones, mitigate delivery risks, and ensure on-time shipping.

Qualifications

10+ years in semiconductor development, including program leadership
3+ years as a TPM or program lead across silicon, systems and software
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in companies with complex software/hardware integration
Proven track record managing internationally distributed engineering teams
Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira, Asana or Linear
Experience with end-to-end silicon lifecycle from architecture to post-silicon validation

Responsibilities

Break down company objectives into actionable milestones across the engineering org.
Own the schedule across the silicon development cycle, systems, and software.
Coordinate efforts across Mountain View, New York, London, Zurich and Copenhagen.
Define metrics, dashboards and mechanisms to surface information and track progress.
Identify and mitigate risks to delivery schedules and quality.
Synthesize complex technical status for executive leadership.
