Job summary

BitGo is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for R&D to build the TPM function from scratch within the first year. You will own end‑to‑end delivery across the product portfolio, coordinating across product, engineering, compliance, legal, and finance to meet regulator deadlines.

You will establish the operating rhythm, escalate blockers, and shape the program management culture for a public company with audit and examiner implications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management with 3+ leading TPM teams.
• Experience delivering in a regulated financial/fintech environment.
• Ability to sequence work, manage dependencies and escalation.
• Proven ability to operate with influence across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Own timely and predictable delivery of product across portfolio.
• Build trust between product and regulatory, legal, finance, and audit partners.
• Maintain single source of truth for resource allocation and scheduling.
• Run the product operating rhythm with clear status, readiness, and blockers.
