BitGo is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to own the delivery of regulated product initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will build the TPM function, partner with compliance, legal, and finance, and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple programs.

This role requires hands-on execution and cross-team coordination in a public-company setting. You will establish a scalable operating rhythm, ensure plans align with regulator timelines, and grow the TPM team within a year.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management.
• 3+ years leading TPM teams.
• Delivery leadership in a regulated financial environment.
• Technical credibility with platform engineering.
• Experience with M&A integration or legal-entity restructuring is a plus.
• Ability to influence across organizations without direct authority.
• Writing-first operator with focus on docs and dependency maps.

• Ensure timely, predictable delivery of products across portfolios.
• Build trust with regulatory, compliance, legal, finance, and audit partners.
• Maintain single source of truth for resource allocation and risk.
