Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to lead a team of TPMs across CRX and RAS. You will translate product vision into executable roadmaps and partner with engineering leaders to align milestones with capacity.

You will own deployment cadence, incident response posture, and cross‑team dependencies, driving high‑velocity delivery. A background in distributed systems, ML inference pipelines, and strong leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of people management experience.
• 7+ years of technical program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and develop a team of Technical Program Managers across CRX and RAS program areas.
• Drive cross-organizational programs that touch ad serving infrastructure, generative AI systems, multi-armed bandit frameworks, and DSP integrations.
• Establish and maintain mechanisms for operational excellence across both organizations.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps and align milestones with capacity and dependencies.
• Coach and develop TPMs at multiple levels, including senior ICs aiming for principal-level promotion.
