Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Lattice platform in Seattle. You will drive cross-functional programs, own API/SDK standards, and align engineering, product, and external partners to deliver integrated capabilities.

The role requires deep technical understanding, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex integrations into actionable plans. US TS clearance is required; compensation includes equity and top-tier benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of TPM experience in fast-paced software development.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and large-scale system integration.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Lattice API/SDK roadmap across groups.
• Own end-to-end programs, aligning engineering and partners.
• Coordinate cross-team projects with multiple 3p partners.
• Collaborate with product leads to scope and staff capabilities.
• Define and champion software platform compatibility standards.
• Track progress with KPIs and communicate status across stakeholders.
• Translate complex integration work into actionable plans.
