Elroy Air seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end TPM for hybrid-electric propulsion and avionics integration, from design through flight test. The role requires coordinating across propulsion, powertrain, avionics, flight controls, and ground support while ensuring milestones align with safety standards.

• Lead end-to-end TPM for hybrid-electric propulsion and avionics integration from design through flight test.
• Establish integrated master schedules across hardware, software, and systems to hit flight test milestones.
• Identify risks, dependencies and drive technical consensus across cross-functional teams.
• Bridge Engineering & Manufacturing to ensure progression from prototype build to productionRamp.
• Communicate schedule status and risk metrics to leadership and partners.
• Develop scalable TPM processes with lightweight governance for startup velocity and aerospace safety.
• Align milestones with aerospace certification pathways (FAA, ARP4754A) and standards (AS9100, DO-178C, DO-254, ITAR/EAR).

Responsabilidades

• Lead Prototype Build Execution & Integration across powertrain and system components.
• Drive Program Execution and schedules across multiple streams.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies and trade studies.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Flight Controls, Software, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Lead program reviews, planning, and executive reporting.
