Job summary

NVIDIA's Compiler team seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery of new compilers for CUDA, ML/DL, Graphics and Automotive domains. You will lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization and own project success from concept to delivery, with independent problem-solving and broad stakeholder collaboration.

You will communicate project plans and risks to executives, influence process improvements, and coordinate global teams across time zones to ensure timely milestones

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Hands on driving software programs and processes. Leading multi-functional team members in a matrix organization to deliver projects on time.
• Leading projects in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Authoritatively presenting project status to multi-functional teams as well as executive management.
• Working independently, take-charge and influence with minimal mentorship.
• Working with global partners across multiple time zones, geographies, and diverse technical fields to define work you're doing, report on status, and deliver projects to expectations.
