Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Sr Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead enterprise-scale supply chain programs within the Global IT PMO. You will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Engineering, IT, and Audit to deliver integrated IT solutions that drive operational excellence, governance, and measurable business value.

The role combines technical execution with program leadership across SAP, MES, data platforms, dashboards, and data security, emphasizing auditable

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in program management across IT and supply chain.
• Experience leading enterprise systems, data platforms, and workflow automation.
• Ability to translate complex operations into system requirements, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong metrics, dashboards, data quality and executive reporting experience.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT programs for AI chip NPI, packaging readiness, manufacturing execution, supply chain planning, and launch gates.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance to turn operational needs into IT roadmaps.
• Drive enhancements across SAP, MES, supply chain planning, quality management, and analytics.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across enterprise architecture, data engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and change management.
• Deliver executive dashboards providing real-time visibility into milestones, readiness, supplier status, and capacity.
• Drive secure data exchange, master data alignment, and process handoffs across internal platforms and external partner ecosystems.
• Manage program milestones, risk registers, executive readouts, and vendor scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Lead UAT, deployment, training, communication, and post-launch stabilization while streamlining processes through automation.
