You will lead end‑to‑end project plans for datacenter server deployments, improve infrastructure stability and uptime, define KPIs, and coordinate across engineering, operations, and lab teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a TPM or hands‑on leader in a similar cross‑functional role
• Experience leading cross‑organizational programs and influencing partners to meet goals, timelines and deliverables
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to define and collect key metrics across projects

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination, planning and execution for Datacenter Server deployments in internal development data centers.
• Develop and lead end‑to‑end project plans to improve infrastructure stability, observability, and uptime; drive KPIs.
• Work at the intersection of engineering, operations and lab administration to streamline engineering operations.
• Provide hands‑on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post‑implementation phases.
• Interact with diverse technical groups across the organization.
