Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering programs across EBS, EC2, S3, and foundational services. You will drive proactive solutions for customer pain points, track program milestones, and deliver data-driven improvements at scale.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in technical program management, experience with block storage, networks, Linux concepts, and strong written/verbal communication. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
• Experience in software development, or experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and tracking of engineering work across multiple programs simultaneously
• Design and implement scalable GenAI tooling and data-driven process improvements
• Develop standard operating procedures, project plans, and program-level status updates up to VP level
• Anticipate potential issues and risks and elevate in a timely and data-driven manner
• Remain flexible to changing priorities and open to new ideas
• Keep the customer experience as the primary focus
• Collaborate across EBS, EC2, S3 and other foundational AWS services to identify customer pain points and drive proactive solutions
