Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience shipping Gen AI powered features at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for Gen AI game launches.
• Develop and execute launch strategies for AI features.
• Establish metrics to monitor performance of AI tools.

Skills

Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams

Technical fluency in Generative AI

Building processes and coordinating release schedules

Experience shipping Gen AI-powered features

Knowledge in automation scripting (e.g. Python)

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
