Teradata is seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager to lead large, multi-team programs across our product portfolio. You will own delivery from kickoff through launch, building strong ties with engineering, product, and business partners to ensure impactful outcomes.

You will drive detailed planning, track dependencies and risks, and provide clear updates to executives. The role requires deep cloud, SaaS, and AI familiarity and a track record of coordinating cross-function teams.

Competenze

• 10+ years of technical program management experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or data analytics.
• Experience managing multi-team delivery programs involving large engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and SaaS delivery cycles.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies and program-level tracking tools.

• Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Build and maintain program plans, dependency maps, risk registers, and milestone dashboards.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination, standups, and steering reviews to keep programs on track.
• Translate program status into crisp updates for product leadership and senior engineering audiences.
• Identify delivery risks early and lead retrospectives for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate launch readiness across engineering, QA, documentation, and go-to-market teams.
