Job summary

Teradata is seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery of large, multi-team technical programs across the product portfolio. You will own execution from kickoff through launch while partnering with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

You will build plans, manage risks, run standups, and provide crisp status updates to senior leadership. Strong Agile experience and foundational AI skills will help enhance productivity and impact across the workforce.

Qualifications

10+ years of technical program management experience.
Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs spanning multiple teams.
Maintain program plans, dependency maps, risk registers, and dashboards.
Facilitate cross-team coordination, standups, and reviews to keep programs on track.
Translate status into crisp updates for product leadership and engineering.
Identify delivery risks early and lead retrospectives for continuous improvement.
Coordinate launch readiness across engineering, QA, docs, support, and GTM teams.
Maintain program metrics to support data-driven prioritization.
